I loved very good staff and rooms. Rooms with bath and all necessary items and the coffee. The staff did all they can for a wonderful stay.

Great value, and the location was very special for exploring Kiev. It was an extremely accommodating hotel and also exceptionally clean. Great beds, coffee, climate control and hairdryer in the room. Staff were more than helpful, exceptionally professional team. The beach nearby was unspoiled and the view was magic! The a la carte restaurant was modern with lots of meals in the menu.

The breakfast was great, the location was brilliant close to metro station, the staff was caring. Immaculate, well decorated room with a mini-bar, climate control and an individual safe. I really enjoyed bathtubs in my private bathroom. Quick check-in and excellent customer service.

I had a restful experience. Perfect view, excellent bar - everything was wonderful. Sweet staff, was always available, and any requests were accommodated. I loved variety of meals for continental breakfast, including cereals and eggs.

Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. Good location with a view on city. For shots visit Time Bar, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel. Standard queen room was with heating, a mini bar fridge and a seating area...

It deserves its 4 stars. Staff and location were GREAT and our room overlooked the city. The beds here were comfy. Shuliavska tube station is just a pleasant stroll away from the property.

Itis Flowers Cafe is located within 700 feet from the hotel. In love with mercure kyiv congress. Reasonable base for a trip in Kiev.
